You shall not use the app to distribute spam, malware, or engage in any illegal activities, including harassment of other residents or committee members.

Service Provision
My Apt provides a digital platform for apartment management. We act as a facilitator; we are not responsible for the physical repairs or the actions of third-party vendors hired by the society unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate service agreement.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the My Apt app (including source code, design, logos, and text) are the exclusive property of My Apt and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Apt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to our platform or other users.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
